Infracash is a spin-off of Mobiup (www.mobiup.com.br), a Brazilian digital transformation company founded in 2008 by Rodrigo Caggiano and Fabiano Ribeiro. With 15+ years of experience headquartered in São Paulo, Mobiup is recognized as one of Brazil's 20 most innovative companies by the Innovative Workplaces 2024 award from MIT Technology Review Brasil — the only Web3 company awarded.
Mobiup built technology solutions for some of Brazil's largest institutions — from Núclea's blockchain infrastructure (the country's largest interbank infrastructure provider) to Coca-Cola's omnichannel platform, including projects with Porto Seguro, Unimed, and Santander.
Infracash was born from this accumulated experience: the convergence of years of work in payments, financial infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and blockchain development. In 2023, the founders identified the opportunity to create a global payments platform that would connect the traditional financial system to the efficiency of decentralized settlement — and began structuring Infracash as an independent solution.

Web2 Consolidation

First Steps in Blockchain
Mobiup begins R&D in blockchain and Web3 technologies. Specialized team formation and first pilot projects. Creation of products like ItsRamp (on-ramp/off-ramp), Authenticator NFT, and Trade&Go expansion.
Blockchain Business Unit
Creation of a Business Unit exclusively dedicated to blockchain within Mobiup. Massive team upskilling. Beginning of conversations with Núclea (ex-CIP), Brazil's largest interbank infrastructure provider.
Historic Partnership: Núclea + Mobiup + Parfin
Strategic partnership formalized with Núclea and Parfin to build Núclea Chain — blockchain-based asset tokenization infrastructure for the Brazilian financial market.
